Moosedog will offer a free-of-charge quick innovation analysis addressed to attending Startups at the SLUSH 2021.

About SLUSH
Slush is a student-driven, not-for-profit movement originally founded to change attitudes toward entrepreneurship.

ProHealth Protection strategy workshop
A good IPR strategy helps the startup company to protect their idea and optimise resources needed for IPR protection.
The workshop examines the basics of patenting and protection of intellectual property rights and business benefits and ends with 1-on-1 meetings. Moosedog Oy’s IPR experts host the workshop.

Asukoht: Patendiameti õppeklass (Toompuiestee 7, Tallinn)
Ettevõtte intellektuaalse vara kaitsmine on nutika äri alus – see loob konkurentsieelise, aitab kindlustada turupositsiooni, annab kaitse võimalike kopeerijate vastu ning tõstab ettevõtte väärtust. Seetõttu tasuks enne uue tootega turule tulemist mõelda, kas toote tehniline lahendus vajaks sihtturgudel kaitsmist.
Leiutiste seminaril keskendume sellele, kuidas oma toote tehnilist lahendust kaitsta patendi või kasuliku mudelina.
Seminarilt saad teada:
– mis on intellektuaalomand ja miks tuleks oma loomingut kaitsta;
– millised võimalused on leiutiste kaitsmiseks Eestis ja välisriikides;
– kuidas teha andmebaaside abil kindlaks, kas leiutis on uudne;
– millised on patenditaotluse koostamise olulisemad põhimõtted.
Seminarile on oodatud (alustavad) ettevõtjad, üliõpilased ja kõik teised asjast huvitatud, kes vajavad praktilisi teadmisi leiutiste (patendid ja kasulikud mudelid) õiguskaitse taotlemisest.
